This 2-axle 40-ton low-bed semi trailer is equipped with automatic enhanced mechanical ramp, convenient for loading and unloading wheeled construction machinery.
The overall dimension is 14000×3000×1700mm, and all sizes can be customized according to customer requirements. Its loading capacity can range from 40 tons up to 100 tons for different hauling demands.
The loading platform adopts 4/5/6mm anti-slip checkered plate for selection. It is fitted with JOST kingpin (2.0 or 3.5 inch, bolted or welded) and JOST 19-inch landing gear for reliable connection and stable parking. Customers can choose FUWA, BPW, ZY or other well-known brand axles. Suspension options include heavy-duty spring mechanical suspension or rigid suspension.
The braking system adopts dual air circuit design with WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 air chambers and 45L air tanks, stable and safe for heavy load braking. The 24V electrical system follows ISO standard, fitted with complete lighting groups and standard wiring harness.
