Product Overview
The 3 Axles Bogie Suspension Rear Dump Tipper Semi Trailer is a heavy-duty rear tipping semi trailer with 35m³ loading volume, inner dimension 8500×2500×3950 mm. The main beam adopts high tensile T700 steel with 480mm height; upper and lower plates are 14mm, middle web plate 8mm for strong load-bearing capacity.
The cargo box structure: 4mm checkered floor plate, 4mm side walls and 8mm thick end plate for anti-abrasion and impact resistance. It is equipped with a full set of HYVA hydraulic lifting cylinder for steady, safe tipping and unloading.
It can be fitted with 13-ton or 16-ton axles of FUWA, BPW or TITAN brand. Multiple rim and tire combinations are available to meet different road conditions. The mechanical bogie suspension is matched with heavy leaf springs: 90mm width, 13mm thickness, 10 layers, offering outstanding shock absorption on rugged roads.
Core components include JOST kingpin (2.0” / 3.5”, bolted or welded) and JOST landing gear. It adopts WABCO control valve, 24V circuit and special LED lights for overseas standards; ABS is optional. One tool box is supplied as standard accessory.
