Product Overview
The Tri Axles U Box Rear Dump Tipper Semi Trailer is a heavy-duty U-type rear tipper semi trailer. Its standard dimension is 10000×2650×3700 mm, and dimensions can be customized according to customer demands. It has a loading volume of 40CBM and maximum payload up to 80 tons.
The U-shaped cargo box adopts arc transition design, which effectively reduces material adhesion and residual materials during tipping unloading. The side wall is 6mm and bottom floor is 8mm thick steel plate, which balances self-weight and wear resistance for long-term heavy-duty use. It is equipped with complete HYVA hydraulic lifting system to realize stable, safe and efficient dumping.
The chassis is fitted with JOST bolt-in kingpin (3.5”/2.5”) and JOST 19-inch landing gear. Customers can select FUWA, BPW, ZY or other brand axles. Three suspension types are optional: heavy-duty mechanical leaf spring suspension, air suspension and bogie suspension. Air suspension provides softer ride and protects cargo for long-distance highway transport; bogie suspension performs reliably on mining sites and rugged roads. The dual-line brake system uses WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 brake chambers and 45L air tanks. The 24V electrical system includes a 7-pin ISO socket, full set signal lights and one 6-pin standard cable, with multiple tire specifications optional.
