SGA9800TD is a heavy-duty 4-axle lowbed semi trailer with 80-ton loading capacity, designed for transporting heavy construction machinery and oversize overweight cargo.
The whole frame is made of high-strength Q355B manganese steel.
The main longitudinal beam adopts thickened upper/lower flanges and web plate, matched with 25# I-beam side beam and 4mm anti-slip diamond plate floor, effectively preventing deformation under full-load heavy hauling.
It is equipped with 4 sets of FUWA 13-ton axles and reinforced mechanical suspension with 10 leaf springs, together with 30T Goldenstone low-bed landing gear and 3.5-inch 90# kingpin, stable and durable for long-distance heavy transport.
The braking system is fitted with WABCO emergency relay valve and dual air chambers on rear two axles (no ABS). The trailer is equipped with 24V LED lamps, two spare tyre racks on the gooseneck, one toolbox and mechanical loading ramps for easy loading of wheeled engineering vehicles.
Full anti-rust wax spraying is carried out for long-term anti-corrosion performance. Body color can be customized. Delivery arrangement: two trailers bundled together and shipped by bulk carrier.
