Product Overview
The 3 Axles Liquid Asphalt Heated Bitumen Transport Tanker Semi Trailer (Model QUEST9402GYYA) is a professional insulated & heated tanker for hot bitumen transport, with loading volume from 30 CBM to 50 CBM and tare weight between 9 tons and 11 tons. The chassis adopts heavy-duty Q345 main beam (500mm height), upper and lower flange 20mm, middle web 12mm. It is fitted with three 13T FUWA or BPW axles, users can choose leaf spring suspension or air suspension.
The brake system is dual-line pneumatic brake equipped with WABCO emergency relay valve for stable and reliable braking. Kingpin supports 2-inch or 3.5-inch interchangeable specification, matched with 28T two-speed manual landing gear. The electrical system follows German 7-way 24V standard, complete set of lamps and reflectors are supplied.
The surface treatment adopts shot blasting to SA 2.5 standard, followed by primer and polyurethane topcoat; total dry film thickness no less than 100μm, any color available. Compartment layout can be single, 2 or 4 compartments. Standard configuration includes two fire extinguishers, full valve assembly, tool box and 1–2 spare tire carriers.
