HOWO 6×4 Synchronous Chip Sealer Truck
This HOWO 6×4 synchronous chip sealer truck is powered by a 400HP Euro II engine with EVB exhaust brake. It is equipped with HW76 air-conditioned sleeper cab, HW19710 gearbox and ZF steering gear. It has a 7000L asphalt tank and 10m³ aggregate bin, used for road surface synchronous sealing construction.

This HOWO 6×4 synchronous chip sealer truck is a professional road maintenance machine that can spray asphalt and spread aggregate synchronously. It is equipped with a 400HP Euro II engine with EVB exhaust brake, which provides stable power and improves driving safety on slopes.
The HW76 sleeper cab with air conditioning creates a comfortable working environment for long-time road construction. It adopts HW19710 manual gearbox with 10 forward and 2 reverse gears and ZF steering system for reliable and flexible control. The front axle is 9000KG with drum brake, matched with dual 16000KG heavy rear axles to carry asphalt tank and aggregate bin.
The truck is fitted with a 7000L asphalt storage tank and a 10m³ aggregate bin. It can realize synchronous spreading of binder and stone chips, forming a compact waterproof sealing layer to extend pavement service life. It comes with 400L fuel tank and 12.00R20 tires with spare tire.
It is widely used for new road surface treatment and old road preventive maintenance. Customization of asphalt heating system, spreading width, control system and paint color is available according to customer requirements.
