Product Overview
The Liquid Tanker Semi Trailer is a 45m³ multi-compartment liquid transport semi-trailer, available in Double D or round tank shape. Its standard dimension is 12300×2500×3800 mm, and dimensions can be adjusted per customer’s final design and requirements. It is equally divided into three 15,000L independent compartments for separate delivery of different liquid products.
The tank body, end plates, anti-wave baffles and main beams are all fabricated from Q345 steel for reliable structural strength. It is equipped with European standard accessories: three φ500mm aluminum alloy manhole covers, three sets of 4-inch subsea bottom valves and three 2.5-inch discharge outlet valves, together with two pieces of 2.5-inch ×6-meter rubber hoses. The pump system is optional according to customer needs.
For tank-top safety operation, anti-skid walkway with foldable handrails and anti-skid access ladder are installed. The chassis is fitted with JOST E100 double-speed landing gear and JOST 2.0” / 3.5” bolt-in king pin, matched with three 13-ton axles and mechanical suspension. The pneumatic braking system uses WABCO RE6 relay valve, TKL spring brake chambers and a 45L air tank; ABS is optional. Triangle 12R22.5 tires with 9.0-22.5 rims are standard, supplied with tool box and spare tire carrier. Shipment can be arranged by bulk vessel.
