Product Overview
The 3 Axles Fuel Tanker Semi Trailer is a 42000L aluminum alloy fuel transport semi-trailer. Tank shape can be square or round. Standard overall dimension is 11500×2500×3600 mm, and the size can be customized as required. It is divided into three independent compartments with capacity of 15,000L, 15,000L and 12,000L respectively.
The whole tank adopts lightweight 5182 aluminum alloy material: tank body and end plates are 6mm thick, anti-wave baffles and partition plates are 5mm thick. It is equipped with a set of pneumatic combined control switch plus emergency stop switch, together with two 6-meter discharge hoses. Multiple safety configurations are adopted: explosion-proof large manhole cover and emergency shut-off valve at the tank bottom outlet to realize rapid cut-off in case of emergency.
For chassis configuration, it adopts JOST bolt-in kingpin (3.5”/2.5”) and JOST 19-inch double-speed landing gear. Customers can choose FUWA, BPW, ZY or other brand axles, with three suspension options: mechanical leaf spring suspension, air suspension and bogie suspension. The dual-line brake system uses WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 brake chambers and 45L air tanks. The 24V electrical system adopts 7-pin ISO standard socket, complete with brake lights, turn lights, reverse lights, side lights, reflectors, fog lights and one set of 6-pin standard cable.

This lightweight 5182 aluminum alloy fuel tanker semi trailer is used for transporting gasoline, diesel and other fuel oils.
