Product Overview
The Carbon Steel Fuel Tanker Semi Trailer is a 40000L multi-compartment fuel transport semi-trailer. Tank shape can be square or round. Standard overall dimension is 11850×2500×3650 mm, and the size and compartment layout can be customized as customer requirements.
The tank adopts heavy-duty Q345B carbon steel construction: tank body 5mm, punched end plates 6mm, anti-wave baffles 5mm and partition plates 6mm. It is equipped with a complete pneumatic control system including combined control switch and emergency stop switch, matched with two 6-meter discharge pipes for loading and unloading operation.
For chassis configuration, it adopts JOST bolt-in kingpin (3.5”/2.5”) and JOST 19-inch double-speed landing gear. Customers can select FUWA, BPW, ZY or other brand axles. Three suspension types are available: mechanical leaf spring suspension, air suspension and bogie suspension to adapt to highway and rough unpaved roads. The dual-line brake system is fitted with WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 brake chambers and 45L air tanks. The 24V electrical system adopts 7-pin ISO standard socket, complete with full set signal lights and one set of 6-pin standard cable.
