Product Overview
The 2 Axles 30CBM End Tipper Dump Semi Trailer is a heavy-duty rear tipping semi trailer for bulk cargo transport. Standard dimension is 7500×2500×3700 mm, and sizes together with tank volume can be custom-built from 20CBM to 50CBM as client requirements. It is designed for a maximum payload of 60,000kg.
The cargo box adopts wear-resistant thick steel plate: 6 mm for side walls and 8 mm for bottom floor to resist impact and abrasion during loading and dumping. It is fitted with famous HYVA hydraulic system for stable and smooth tipping action.
Chassis configuration includes JOST bolt-in kingpin (3.5”/2.5”) and JOST 19-inch landing gear. Customers can choose FUWA, BPW, ZY or other brand axles. Three suspension types are available: heavy mechanical leaf spring suspension, air suspension and bogie suspension to suit highways and rugged mine roads. The dual-line brake system is equipped with WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 brake chambers and 45L air tanks. The 24V electrical system uses 7-pin ISO socket, complete with full signal lights and one set of 6-pin standard cable. Multiple tire specifications are optional.
