Product Overview
The 4 Axles U Box 100T Rear Tipper Semi Trailer is a heavy-duty U-type rear dump semi trailer. Its standard dimension is 11500×2650×3800 mm, and dimensions can be customized as client requirements. Loading volume is 50CBM with maximum payload up to 100 tons.
The cargo box adopts classic U-box design, which features smooth arc transition and avoids material residue during unloading. Both side wall and bottom floor are 8mm thick steel plate for good wear and impact resistance. It is fitted with complete HYVA hydraulic lifting system to guarantee stable and safe tipping operation.
Chassis configuration includes JOST bolt-in kingpin (3.5”/2.5”) and JOST 19-inch landing gear. Customers can choose FUWA, BPW or other brand axles. Three suspension options are available: heavy mechanical leaf spring suspension, air suspension and bogie suspension to fit highways, construction sites and mine rough roads. The dual-line brake system uses WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 brake chambers and 45L air tanks. The 24V electrical system is equipped with 7-pin ISO socket, full set signal lights and one 6-pin standard cable. Standard tire specification is 315/80R22.5.
