SGA9600TD is a heavy-duty 3-axle lowbed semi trailer with 60-ton loading capacity, specially designed for transporting construction machinery and oversize heavy cargo.
The whole frame adopts high-strength Q355B manganese steel. The main longitudinal beam is reinforced with thickened upper/lower flanges and web plate, matched with 25# I-beam side beam and 4mm patterned anti-slip floor, which greatly improves structural strength and anti-deformation performance under full load.
It is equipped with 3 sets of FUWA 13-ton axles, reinforced mechanical suspension with 10 leaf springs, plus 30T Goldenstone low-bed landing gear and 3.5-inch 90# kingpin, stable and durable for long-distance heavy hauling.
The braking system uses WABCO emergency relay valve with dual air chambers on rear two axles (no ABS). The whole vehicle is fitted with 24V LED lights, two spare tyre racks on the gooseneck, one toolbox and mechanical loading ramps for easy loading of wheeled machinery.
Full anti-rust wax spraying is carried out for long-term anti-corrosion. Body color can be customized. Delivery arrangement: two trailers bundled together and shipped by bulk carrier.
