Product Overview
The 5 Axles U Type Heavy Duty Dump Tipper Semi Trailer With Air Suspensions is a multi-axle heavy-duty U-box rear tipper. Its standard dimension is 11000×2650×3700 mm, and the overall size can be customized as customer requirements. Loading volume can be adjusted from 20CBM to 50CBM, with payload ranging from 40 tons up to 100 tons to match different local transport regulations.
The U-shaped cargo box features smooth arc structure, which effectively reduces material adhesion and residue during tipping. The box adopts 6mm side wall and 8mm bottom floor for balanced wear resistance and dead weight control. It is equipped with complete HYVA hydraulic lifting system to achieve stable and safe dumping operation.
Chassis is equipped with JOST bolt-in kingpin (3.5”/2.5”) and JOST 19-inch landing gear. Customers can select FUWA, BPW, ZY or other brand axles. Three suspension types are optional: heavy mechanical leaf spring suspension, air suspension and bogie suspension. Air suspension brings better shock absorption and cargo protection for highway transport; bogie suspension performs reliably on mining sites and rugged unpaved roads. The dual-line brake system uses WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 brake chambers and 45L air tanks. The 24V electrical system is fitted with 7-pin ISO socket, full set signal lights and one 6-pin standard cable, with multiple tire specifications available.
