Product Overview
The Liquid Asphalt Bitumen Tank Semi Trailer is a 35m³ heavy-duty heated tanker for hot bitumen transportation. The tank shape can be round or square. Standard overall dimension is 11500×2500×3900mm with tare weight around 10500kg. The tank shell and end plates are constructed of 5mm Q235 carbon steel, fitted with φ500mm carbon steel manhole cover.
It adopts glass wool insulation of 50mm or 80mm thickness, with four heating pipes arranged in a single row to maintain the temperature of asphalt. It is single-compartment design, equipped with 6-inch discharge valve and two pieces of 4-inch, 6-meter rubber discharge hoses.
The chassis uses welded Q345 main beam, matched with three FUWA axles and mechanical leaf spring suspension (90×13mm, 10 layers). It comes with 28T landing gear and JOST 3.5” bolt-in king pin. The pneumatic brake system is equipped with WABCO RE6 relay valve, spring brake chambers and two 45L air tanks; ABS is available as an option. Tires are 315/80R22.5 with optional tire brands. Surface treatment includes full chassis sand blasting, one anti-corrosion primer coat and two finish paint coats.
