Product Overview
The 3 Axles 25000L 35 Ton Chemical Liquid Sulfuric Acid Tanker Semi Trailer is a dedicated hazardous chemical transport trailer for sulfuric acid and similar corrosive liquid cargo. The tank is constructed from Q235 carbon steel; front and rear end plates are 6mm thick while the tank shell is 5mm thick, equipped with 4mm anti-wave baffles to reduce liquid sloshing during transit. It supports 1–10 separate compartments to carry different chemical liquids independently.
It is fitted with 3-inch API standard discharge valve, 4-inch bottom safety valve and two sets of 3-inch rubber discharge hoses. The chassis adopts three pieces of Fuwa 13T axles and mechanical leaf spring suspension. Braking system includes 6 double spring brake chambers and 40L air tanks; 4S/2M ABS is optional for enhanced driving safety. JOST/SAF 28-ton two-speed landing gear, Triangle brand 295/80R22.5 tires and 2-inch bolt-type king pin are standard.
Surface treatment includes sand blasting, anti-rust primer and polyurethane finish paint for excellent corrosion resistance. Standard configurations contain LED lights, 24V 7-core quick-change wiring, toolbox, spare tire bracket, fire extinguisher and maintenance tools.
