The 6 Axles Air Suspension Rear Dump Tipper Semi Trailer for Sale is a large heavy-duty rear tipper semi trailer. Its standard dimension is 12000×2650×3850 mm, and sizes can be customized based on customer requirements. It has a loading volume of 50CBM and maximum payload up to 100 tons.
The cargo box adopts 6mm side wall and 8mm bottom floor, balancing self-weight and abrasion resistance for frequent loading and unloading of hard bulk materials. It is equipped with complete HYVA hydraulic lifting system for stable and safe tipping.
The chassis uses JOST bolt-in kingpin (3.5”/2.5”) and JOST 19-inch landing gear. Customers can choose FUWA, BPW, ZY or other brand axles. Two suspension options are available: heavy-duty mechanical leaf spring suspension, or air suspension with axle lifting function. The liftable air suspension can lift idle axles when empty, saving fuel and reducing tire consumption. The dual-line brake system is fitted with WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 brake chambers and 45L air tanks. The 24V electrical system includes a 7-pin ISO socket, full set signal lights and one 6-pin standard cable, with multiple tire specifications optional.
