Product Overview
The Bogie Suspension Petrol Fuel Tanker Semi Trailer is a 40000L multi-compartment fuel transport semi-trailer. Tank shape can be square or round. Standard overall dimension is 12000×2500×3650 mm, and the size can be customized as customer requirements. It is divided into four equal independent compartments of 10,000L each for separate delivery of different oil products.
The whole tank adopts heavy-duty Q345B carbon steel: tank body 5mm, punched end plates 6mm, anti-wave baffles 5mm and partition plates 6mm. It is equipped with European standard fittings: four φ500mm aluminum alloy manhole covers, four 4-inch subsea bottom valves and four 2.5-inch discharge outlet valves. A complete pneumatic control system including combined switch and emergency stop switch is provided, matched with two 6-meter discharge pipes.
For chassis configuration, it adopts JOST bolt-in kingpin (3.5”/2.5”) and JOST 19-inch double-speed landing gear. Customers can select FUWA, BPW, ZY or other brand axles. Three suspension types are available: mechanical leaf spring suspension, air suspension and bogie suspension, among which bogie suspension performs well on rugged and unpaved roads. The dual-line brake system is fitted with WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 brake chambers and 45L air tanks. The 24V electrical system adopts 7-pin ISO standard socket, complete with full set signal lights and one set of 6-pin standard cable.
