Product Overview
The 3 Axles 4 Compartments Fuel Tanker Semi Trailer is a 40m³ multi-compartment fuel transport semi-trailer. Tank shape can be Double D or Round. Standard overall dimension is 13000×2500×3800mm, and dimensions can be adjusted according to customer requirements. It is equally divided into four independent 10,000L compartments to carry different fuel products separately.
The tank body and end plates are made of 6mm Q345 carbon steel, with 5mm Q345 anti-wave baffles to reduce liquid sloshing during driving. It adopts European specification accessories: four φ500mm aluminum alloy manhole covers, four sets of 4-inch subsea bottom valves and four 2.5-inch outlet discharging valves, equipped with two pieces of 2.5-inch ×6-meter rubber discharge hoses. The oil transfer pump system is optional.
Safety and operation configurations include anti-slip top walkway with foldable handrails and anti-slip access ladder at tank front or rear. The chassis adopts welded Q345 main beam, three 13T axles and mechanical suspension. It is equipped with JOST E100 double-speed landing gear and JOST 2.0” / 3.5” bolt-in king pin. The brake system uses WABCO RE6 relay valve, TKL spring brake chambers and one 45L air tank; ABS is optional. Standard tires are Triangle 12R22.5 with matching 9.0-22.5 rims. A tool box and spare tire bracket are supplied as standard accessories, normally shipped by bulk vessel.
