3 axles 42000L oil tanker semi trailer, round tank shape, divided into 3 compartments: 15,000L-15,000L-12,000L. It adopts European aluminum alloy manholes and 4-inch subsea bottom valves, equipped with JOST E100 landing gear, 13T axles, mechanical suspension, WABCO RE6 relay valve, optional pump system and ABS for separate fuel transportation.

Product Overview
The 3 Axles 42000 Liters Oil Tanker Semi Trailer is a 42CBM multi-compartment fuel semi-trailer with round tank shape. Standard overall dimension is 12300×2500×3800mm, and the dimension can be adjusted according to customer requirements. It is split into three independent compartments with capacity of 15,000L, 15,000L and 12,000L respectively.
The tank body is 5mm Q345 carbon steel, end plates are 6mm Q345 carbon steel, with 5mm Q345 anti-wave baffles to reduce liquid surge during driving. It is equipped with European standard accessories: three φ500mm aluminum alloy manhole covers, three sets of 4-inch subsea bottom valves and three 2.5-inch outlet discharge valves, matched with two pieces of 2.5-inch ×6-meter rubber discharge hoses. The oil transfer pump system is optional.
For safe top operation, anti-slip walkway, foldable handrails beside manholes and anti-slip access ladder at tank front or rear are equipped. The chassis adopts welded Q345 main beam, three 13T axles and mechanical suspension. It is fitted with JOST E100 double-speed landing gear and JOST 2.0” / 3.5” bolt-in king pin. The brake system adopts WABCO RE6 relay valve, TKL spring brake chambers and one 45L air tank; ABS is optional. Triangle 12R22.5 tires and 9.0-22.5 rims are standard. Tool box and spare tire carrier are included as standard accessories, shipped by bulk vessel.
