Product Overview
The Aluminum Alloy Gasoline Petrol Diesel Oil Mirror Insulated Fuel Tanker Trailer is a lightweight fuel transport semi-trailer for gasoline, petrol and diesel oil. The tank adopts mirror polished 5182 aluminum alloy material, standard effective volume 42000L, and the tank size can be customized. Tank shape can be elliptical, square or round, with 2–9 independent compartments available to load different fuel separately.
The tank shell is 6mm thick 5182 aluminum alloy, end plates 6mm, anti-wave baffles and partition plates are 5mm 5182 aluminum alloy. It is fitted with combined pneumatic control switch and emergency stop switch for safe operation, together with two 6-meter discharge hoses.
Chassis configurations include JOST bolt-in kingpin (3.5”/2.5”) and JOST 19-inch double-speed landing gear. Customers can select FUWA, BPW, ZY or other brand axles, with three suspension options: mechanical leaf spring suspension, air suspension and bogie suspension. The dual-line brake system uses WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 brake chambers and 45L air tanks. The 24V ISO electrical system with complete lamp sets meets overseas transport standards.
