Product Overview
The 4 Axles 40CBM Rear Tipper Trailer is a heavy-duty rear dump semi trailer with standard dimension 10500×2650×3700 mm, and the overall size can be customized as customer requirements. Its loading volume reaches 45CBM with maximum payload up to 80,000kg, suitable for high-capacity bulk cargo haulage.
The cargo box adopts reinforced thick steel plates: 8mm side wall and 10mm bottom floor, which greatly improves wear resistance and impact resistance when loading and unloading hard materials such as rock and ore. It is equipped with complete HYVA hydraulic lifting system to realize smooth and safe tipping unloading.
The chassis is configured with JOST bolt-in kingpin (3.5”/2.5”) and JOST 19-inch landing gear. Buyers can select FUWA, BPW, ZY or other brand axles. Three suspension types are available: heavy mechanical leaf spring suspension, air suspension and bogie suspension to adapt to highway, construction site and mining rough roads. The dual-line brake system uses WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 brake chambers and 45L air tanks. The 24V electrical system is equipped with 7-pin ISO socket, full set signal lights and one 6-pin standard cable. Multiple tire specifications are optional.
